Sri Ram is a highly experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with over 12 years of relevant experience. Currently working at Amazon, he is responsible for working on Alexa Communications module, which involves voice and video calls, and other modes of Alexa communication. Prior to this, Sri Ram worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Amazon, where he was involved in Kindle testing. He has also worked at EMC as a Software Quality Engineer, where he was responsible for preparing test plans for testing the kernel driver with all supported Linux file systems, executing the test plan, automating all possible test areas for every sprint in Python, and executing the test plan via Jenkins. He was also responsible for publishing results in Confluence, reporting and closing bugs on their driver, and addressing automation bugs in their framework. Sri Ram holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), which he completed in 2011. He also attended Dilsukhnagar Public School from 2001 to 2005.
