Sricharan C is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. He is currently the Head of Human Resources at WazirX, India's largest cryptocurrency exchange. In his role, Sricharan is responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, change management, team building, negotiation, and HR policies. Prior to joining WazirX, Sricharan served as the Head of HR at The Better India and as a Manager HR at Neustar, where he was responsible for supporting MarketShare's and subsequently Neustar's India entities as a local HR lead. He worked closely with the global HR team to devise and execute strategies on talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards. He also handled team transition and integration post-acquisition and restructuring and partnered with local leadership to build, engage, and grow talent across levels and locations. Sricharan holds a degree in Marketing from S P Jain School of Global Management and completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan. He has a strong tech stack, including expertise in Web3 and integration.
