With over two years of experience as a Programming Analyst at Cognizant, she has implemented Order Management for a leading communications client in the US and reduced critical customer issues. Srija has also worked on enhancing the database, UI, and backend servers and improved the client’s data analytics tool. Her work involved developing views, procedures, triggers, and functions using Advanced Queuing concepts (AQs) in Oracle SQL Developer for every release as part of work deliverables. Srija is an avid learner and a proactive team player, who is always eager to take up new challenges and deliver quality results. She has secured comprehensive training in cutting-edge technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Spring Framework. During her final year of graduation, she got campus placement at Cognizant with an offer to a full-time internship with them for a period of 16 weeks starting December 2019. The Internship program acted as a perfect career launchpad, providing a wonderful opportunity to learn business skills, build her professional network, and get real-time project experience in a large corporate environment before graduating from college. Apart from academics, Srija is interested in basketball, swimming, and running marathons. She has actively involved herself in extra-curricular activities to reinforce her team spirit, crisis management skills, and managing abilities.
