Srijan Maji is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte USI, with a focus on Valuation Advisory and Investment Banking. With nearly 8 years of relevant experience, Srijan has worked on M&A and equity/debt capital raising mandates across India and the US private market space, with a specific focus on enterprise-tech, healthcare-tech and emerging-tech sectors. Srijan holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University. During his time at IMT Ghaziabad, Srijan was a member of the Entrepreneurship Cell, where he managed the content vertical responsible for event outreach campaigns. He was also part of the founding team of Startup Weekend Ghaziabad. Prior to his MBA, Srijan worked as an Engineer in M.N Dastur, where he was part of the Utility Systems team. His responsibilities included procurement engineering, detail engineering, project management, preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports and detail project reports, and preparation of project cost estimates for iron and steel projects. Before joining Deloitte, Srijan worked as an Associate at Finvista Advisors Private Ltd, and as a Management Intern at Genpact. With a strong background in finance and engineering, Srijan brings a unique perspective to his work in Valuation Advisory and Investment Banking.
