Srikanth Soni is an experienced intrapreneur and entrepreneur with a background in manufacturing and startups. He is currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Projects at iKeva, where he has been responsible for leading the Community and Operations functions. In the Community function, Srikanth has conceptualized, implemented, and measured partnerships with relevant organizations and service providers to add value to the community members. He has also managed the Operations of iKeva facilities Pan India, including vendor management, setting up processes for efficient management of real estate, and ensuring local regulatory and statutory compliances are met in each city and at each property. Srikanth has also been responsible for studying new properties for expansion, negotiating with property owners on commercial and legal aspects of the property, preparing and finalizing BOQ for new properties/projects while identifying possible vendors for the fitouts, and monitoring quality, timelines, and course correction during execution of projects in his role as the Manager of Operations and Projects. Prior to joining iKeva, Srikanth served as the Operations Manager at Waste Ventures India, where he was responsible for handling logistics and operations, providing on-demand support for various business lines, and managing a large group of blue-collar workers. He has also served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Ubitous Information Systems (P) Ltd. (ScribLeaf), where he was responsible for the development of strategic partnerships, networking, and building key industry relations. Srikanth holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, a Higher Secondary degree in Science from FIITJEE Junior College, and completed his schooling at St. Joseph's Public School. With 12.86 years of relevant experience, Srikanth is an accomplished professional with a track record of success in managing operations, projects, and business development.
