Srikar Kanduri is an experienced Customer Experience Technician currently working with Northeastern University IT Services. With a background in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Srikar is well-versed in technical implementation and management of global automation projects to enhance processes, machines, systems, and IT infrastructure. Srikar has a proven track record of successfully managing and upgrading global instances of Sample Manager LIMS and Advanco ARC platform, two critical supply chain solutions.
