Srinath Nagarajan is a highly accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the Head of Monetization, Cloud Application Ecosystem & Web3 Products + Strategic initiatives at Google, where he is responsible for driving the adoption of Google Cloud's developer-focused platform products through innovative monetization models and commercial strategies. Srinath strongly believes that the future of technology in B2B is to serve developers and business leaders in solving the toughest problems in their respective industries. He is passionate about creating purpose-filled, inclusive, and fun work environments and is committed to driving business impact. Prior to joining Google, Srinath worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he gained extensive experience in advising clients on technology strategy, operations, and transformation. He also served as the Head of Monetization and Commercialization, AI Industry Products at Google, where he enabled the launch and scaling of industry-specific AI products across five prioritized verticals through business-buyer focused monetization and commercial models. Srinath holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and IIM, as well as a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a BCom(Hons) from SRCC. He is proficient in Web3 and AI technologies and has a strong industry focus on cloud and B2B technology. Outside of work, Srinath is a musician and takes pride in creating, producing, and covering Indian soul music. He is also an avid tennis player and a die-hard Rafael Nadal fan.
