Srinidhi Venkateswaran is a dynamic professional with a B.Tech in Biotechnology from SASTRA University, Thanjavur, and almost four years of experience in the IT industry. Currently working as a New Initiatives Lead at Flexiple, Srinidhi is passionate about connecting freelance talent to relevant opportunities and improving application processes. Before joining Flexiple, Srinidhi worked as an Associate Engineer at AstraZeneca India Pvt. Ltd. where she gained early responsibility in performing application enhancements and presenting weekly updates to the US-based Director of Commercial Operations. She was also fast-tracked into the business performance team where she regulated the ageing and cycle time of tickets in SNOW, ensuring prompt service delivery by the commercial IT division. At Attra Infotech, Srinidhi worked as a Software Engineer and was responsible for handling web service testing applications and proficiently handling Service Now (SNOW) ticketing tools. Srinidhi is a passionate learner who is currently pursuing her MBA from Liverpool Business School. She is also a PGCM in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Her education and work experience have honed her technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, AWS, and UI testing. As a proactive and innovative professional, Srinidhi has contributed to the improvement of operations and downstream processes by implementing her ideas for application enhancements. She has also trained new-joiners across Mexico and Indian offices on tools and processes and supervised them.
