Srinidy R. is a highly skilled Product Manager at Microsoft Teams with a passion for products and a career that supports her vision. Currently, she handles Developer Experiences for MS Teams by shipping features that enable developers to build on top of MS Teams easily. She is a great mentor and has been associated with Ally by TPF as a mentor. She is also a Fellow at Stoa School, where she is pursuing her MBA and is expected to complete it by December 2022. Srinidy has worked on the most complex, market-leading, innovative projects at Microsoft and has deep product expertise and interface to product design and development teams. She has identified broader and/or latent trends and opportunities in the market to drive longer-term investments and product shifts for various segments like FLW, SMB, and enterprise customers. She has also maintained and driven customer improvements feature backlog, driven design and development for specific customer issues to unblock adoption, and turned them into general solutions (new features), toolkits, documentation, etc. with a special focus on local region/market needs. She has directly interfaced with multiple key customers in the region to manage strategic customers through their adoption lifecycle including Meetings, Platform Integrations, and Collaboration workloads. Srinidy has also led and driven Partner motions for the region and helped enable partners to build and achieve more on Teams by sharing best practices around design and dev guidance. Srinidy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Sastra University and completed her High School from Gems Education. She is proficient in product management, product design, and infra.
