Srinivas Pavan Addanki is a senior software QA professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. He is a techno-functional QA expert with a strong background in Agile Scrum project delivery, having worked in multiple domains and handled various projects and teams. Currently, he works as a Principal QA Engineer at zemoso. In his previous role as a QA Lead - Implementation at Phenom, Srinivas was responsible for setting up a reliable and efficient QA process for defect-free delivery. He managed the entire QA effort for the Microsoft and RBC career site projects, which included requirements analysis, test planning, sprint planning, client liaising, support and maintenance, UX solutions, and more. He performed UI, UX, system, integration, functional, regression, automation, and accessibility testing and automated regression and sanity flows using Selenium/Katalon Studio. He also organized weekly status and catch-up meetings with the client to communicate project progress and discuss issues. Srinivas has also worked as a Software QA Consultant at Smartek21, where he acted as a team lead for Samsung Milk Android and Samsung Milk Web Player Driver projects.
