Srinivasa Reddy Tamma is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in developing algorithmic trading strategies and energy trade risk management. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance at Georgia Institute of Technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Srinivasa has a total of 3.5 years of experience working with both start-ups and MNC's. He has experience in collaborating with international teams and conducting research independently. Srinivasa has a diverse skill set, including experience in developing and maintaining trading strategies, working knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms in Finance, and developing end-to-end projects from data cleaning to sending mail alerts automatically for corrections. He has worked with multiple programming languages such as Python, C#, and C++, and used advanced programming techniques like OOPS. Srinivasa is a CFA Level 2 Candidate and is certified in Executive Programme in Algorithmic Trading (EPAT®). He is currently seeking an internship for Summer 2022 in the fields related to quantitative finance where he can apply his knowledge and expand his learning from the internship. Currently working as a Jr Algorithmic Trading Strategist at curl capital, Srinivasa has designed and developed four intraday index options strategies and one positional index futures strategy using Python. He has back-tested trading strategies using a walk-forward approach and optimized the parameters using parallel computing. Srinivasa has also researched deployable trading strategies by using concepts of arbitrage, mean reversions, etc. In his past roles at Sapient, Srinivasa worked on reconciliation of invoices and payments for Axpo Switzerland trades on multiple exchanges. He also resolved and reported the differences in derivatives variation margin to the risk team and traders and made the margin call. Additionally, he developed a fee reconciliation project that captured daily differences and sent automatic alerts to corresponding teams for corrections, reducing the month-end activity load. Srinivasa's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
