Srinivasa Pakala is a digital transformation and business leader with a proven track record of success and expertise in managing projects over $500+M and establishing cutting-edge capabilities at the highest levels of global business. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he excels at innovating and executing transformation solutions across various industries using emerging technologies such as AI, ML, DevOps, Spark, and UI. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor to Dallas Venture Capital, Srinivasa evaluates next-generation AI-based startups for investment and nurtures them for the future. He also works with incubation centers across India and the USA to help and guide startups. Prior to his current role, Srinivasa worked as an Associate Fellow at Verizon, where he drove strategic relationships with innovative partners in emerging technologies like Google, Amazon, Oracle, Ericsson, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, and Cloud Foundry. He also set up standards, processes, and overall Centers of Excellence (COE) for emerging technologies (RPA, chatbot, and AI/ML) across Verizon business units. Additionally, he drove standards across Verizon for DevOps and organized DevOps Cup, arranged hackathons across the globe in collaboration with business and IT teams, and improved enterprise product sales and operations by leveraging AI/ML solutions. Srinivasa was also responsible for driving 200K hours of automation. For his outstanding work, he received the TM Forum Innovation Award in 2015 and the CIO Award in 2012. Srinivasa's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Dallas, an MS in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University, and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Kuvempu. He also completed Effective Communications & Human Relations training from Dale Carnegie Training. Srinivasa is proficient in building highly competent teams, defining paths, and aligning resources to accomplish goals. He leads the social system by getting the right people together with the right behaviors and information to make better and faster decisions.
