He is an Open Source enthusiast who has worked extensively on Cloudera and Hortonworks Distributions. Sripada has worked on a variety of projects including Customer Segmentation, Event Analytics, Data Platform, Automation, Near real-time data associations, Near real-time predictions and Data-Analytics related to Online/Offline Data modules using Possible technologies available in open source standards. Sripada is a regular speaker in Open Source related conferences and is highly skilled in Bigdata, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Python, Flask, and Node.js. He is currently working as a Lead Principal Software Engineer at Hypersonix and has previously held positions as Principal Software Engineer at Epsilon and Staff Engineer/Manager at Infoworks/Oxigen. Sripada completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, VTUs Regional Office, Mysore in 2010.
