Sriram Iyer is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in delivering technology solutions for global clients. He currently serves as the Sr. Vice President - Global Category Lead at BYJU'S FutureSchool, where he is responsible for building new affiliate partnerships with large and medium microfinance institutions PAN India, managing relationships with CXOs of large affiliates to grow revenue from those accounts, and empanelling banks and NBFCs as financiers to help provide financing to rural customers of the affiliates. Before joining BYJU'S, Sriram was the Head of Affiliate Network & Fintech at Inthree Access Services, where he created a network of offline affiliates at the block and village level who delivered innovative financial products ranging from consumer durables and 2-wheeler loans to medical and education loans to rural customers. He co-created these products with the financiers and configured them on the platform, which helped the affiliates deliver loans in less than an hour to their customers. During his tenure, the sales, product, and operations team reported to him, and the company grew at a rate of 50 percent month on month. Sriram's past experience also includes serving as the Vice President - Student Experience at WhiteHat Jr, where he made kids creators in the new world with the first structured coding curriculum in the world for early childhood. Kids learned logic, structure, sequence, and algorithmic thinking to generate creative outcomes like animations and apps. All classes were taught via a live 1:1 online platform connecting top 99.9th percentile of certified teachers to kids 6-14 years of age. Sriram holds a post-graduate degree in Finance & Risk Management from the London School of Economics, where he was honored with the Antoine Faure Grimaud prize for the best overall performance, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai University.
