Sriram Kumar is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong focus on building scalable e-commerce technology. He is currently working as an SDE-3 at Arzooo, where he is responsible for building the Arzooo B2B e-commerce platform. Sriram has a strong passion for technology and believes that one day he will have his own IRONMAN suit. He has gained 5.96 years of relevant experience in the industry, working with companies such as Citymall and Whitehat Jr. At Citymall, Sriram worked as an SDE 3 and was responsible for implementing search suggestion services for the e-commerce platform. He developed a search service framework from scratch, which had features like cross-indexing and search query performance metric measurement for optimization. He used Elastic Search (ELK) stack, Java, and NodeJS for this project. At Whitehat Jr, Sriram worked as a Senior Software Engineer and was part of the Whitehat Jr Trial Ops service. He was responsible for developing and maintaining lead flow to various call centers based on different routing logics. He also led end-to-end backend development for the integration of a completely new call center for Mexico. Sriram used NodeJS, MySQL, React, and Datadog for this project. Sriram completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, in 2015. He has expertise in technologies like NodeJS, Java, Elastic Search, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL, MongoDB, Spring Boot, and Spring. He is a skilled backend developer with a strong focus on integration. Sriram's strongest armor is his debugging skills. He has a passion for finding and fixing bugs and mentoring others in the projects. With his strong technical skills and experience, Sriram is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
