Srishti Chadha is an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and working with new technologies. She is currently working as a Software Application Developer at IBM, where she has led the development of a generic configuration service/client API for configuring microservices dynamically. She has also rearchitected the platform from a single application to multiple microservices, achieving a faster release cycle. Srishti has developed a Java framework that handles logging, database IO, bundling boiler-plate code, and providing common features, resulting in faster development of microservices to connect IBM's external loyalty bank. She has also enhanced the application dashboard by 25% by implementing data analysis and visualization on client's records using Java. Prior to her current role, Srishti worked as a Software Developer at IBM, where she was the Lead Technical specialist for Oracle Applications. She automated application reports in Oracle E-business suite, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements using Oracle. She also designed, developed, and supported the flow of Metadata from Essbase to Data Warehouse and vice versa. Srishti has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, which she will complete in December 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Banasthali University. Srishti is skilled in Java, Spring, Algorithms, and Data Structures.
