She also minimized supply chain bottlenecks to reduce time delays and business overheads. During her time at Tata Consumer Products, Srishti also led the team to establish LinkedIn as a lead-gen platform, achieving a market-best 8% conversion rate. She ideated B2B sectors, AdCreatives, and AdCopy, spearheading five successful marketing campaigns promoting the business of Himalayan water. Srishti's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Indira Gandhi and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
