Srivatsan Sundaravaradan is a highly experienced Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working at PayPal as a Product Manager, where he is responsible for Disputes management experience for PayPal customers. He is building a global product for buyers and sellers to manage their disputes with a simple, intuitive and assuring experience. He collaborates extensively across product research, marketing, Operations, Policy, Compliance and legal, Design, Engineering and Analytics to ensure the right customer problems are tackled on priority. Prior to his current role, Srivatsan worked as a Product Management Specialist at SAP, focusing on Asset Strategy and Performance Management product under SAP Intelligent Asset Management portfolio. He also worked as an Executive Business Assistant to the Senior Vice President in business planning, decision making, operations and execution. He was also part of the IoT product and platform for "Moving assets" (Automotive) domain under SAP Leonardo portfolio at SAP labs India. He has a deep understanding of automotive trends such as E-Mobility, ridesharing, fleet management, etc. Srivatsan has also worked at Robert Bosch Engineering and business solutions India as an SAP HANA and Cloud platform consultant focusing on Internet of Things (IoT) product development on SAP cloud platform. He has worked on SAP HANA implementation projects for major telecommunication and manufacturing clients, as well as an internal TCS project. Srivatsan is interested in learning and exploring business, product management, product strategies, sales, marketing, and game-changing technology topics. He is an academic achiever with a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Anna University, where he was awarded the University Gold Medal in 2013.
