Sriven Reddy is a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft with a passion for learning new paradigms and technologies. He is highly effective in communicating and collaborating with teams to build seamless products that deliver both functionality and aesthetics. With a keen interest in the Information Retrieval and NLP sector, he aims to bring exciting new products and technologies to the world. Currently working as a Software Engineer Intern at Firefly Creative Studio Pvt Ltd, Sriven collaborates with a visual effects studio to understand how software development and creative visualization can come together to create better effects. He has gained a lot of learning experience in this role, benefiting both parties. Previously, Sriven worked as a Bachelor's Project Developer at the International Institute of Information Technology, where he developed an end-to-end product that parses, summarizes, and generates tweets on documents of various data domains such as wealth and finance, education, health, etc. The product is being built with a containerized, horizontally scalable, and customer-focused outlook, with the help of an experienced team, and parameters such as length, keywords, and structure of the summary can be changed by passing appropriate arguments. The objective of the project is to enhance the way data is consumed in these domains. Sriven also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Information Retrieval Extraction course at IIIT Hyderabad, where he helped students learn and understand the concepts of the course. Sriven holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad and has a tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Information Retrieval, SQL, Research Scientist, NLP, and Azure. With 2.19 years of relevant experience, Sriven is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is always willing to learn and grow.
