Sruthi Kannan is an accomplished professional with over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently an Invited Member of the Board of Studies at the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering at Anna University. Sruthi is also the Head of Cisco LaunchPad, where she works with deep tech startups to co-create end-to-end digital solutions focused on technology areas like IOT, Collaboration, Security, Network and Infra, Analytics, etc. Through LaunchPad, Sruthi drives meaningful outcomes for start-ups in their scale-up journey by providing access to a wide gamut of resources including Joint Go-To-Market, Tech Integrations, Business Mentorship, Grants, and Investor Connects. Over the last 4 years, she has worked closely with over 100 CXOs of deep tech start-ups as well as mentors across various organizations. Prior to her current role, Sruthi spearheaded Customer Success for Telecom Providers deploying mobility solutions around the world. She has also served as an Expert Advisory Committee Member for NIDHI, Department of Science and Technology, and as an Executive Advisory Committee Member for Startup India Seed Fund. Sruthi's education background is diverse and impressive, including a degree in Social Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a degree in Strategic Management of Innovation from IIM, and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Madras. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering. Sruthi's expertise lies in infra, and she has a strong understanding of the technology landscape.
