She was responsible for stakeholder management, job postings, sourcing and recruiting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and more. Sruthi also provided analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team and promoted the company's reputation as one of the best in the industry. Before PwC, Sruthi worked as a Senior Recruiter at Unify Consulting, where she focused on hiring people with the right attitude and motivation. She believed that relationships were at the center of everything they did, and the quality bar was high. Sruthi was responsible for hiring consultants and building a special company that was focused on people and amazing client solutions first and profit second. Sruthi holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from GLIM, a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, and completed her schooling at Inventure Academy. She has experience in product management and data science and is always looking to expand her skills and knowledge.
