Sshikha Bodwaani is a dedicated People and Culture professional with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Sshikha has honed her skills in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR business partnering. Currently serving as Manager II, Human Resources at Drip Capital, Sshikha is responsible for establishing and continuously improving the company culture and experience. She works closely with leaders to ensure employee goals are aligned with the company's objectives. Before joining Drip Capital, Sshikha served as Manager I, Human Resources at the same company. Prior to that, she was a Human Resources Manager at BookMyShow. Sshikha's educational background includes a PG Certification in Digital Marketing and Communication from MICA, a PGDBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a BMS in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. She also completed her IBDP in Business Administration and Management, General, and her ICSE in Technical Drawing and Science (optional subjects chosen) from Jamnabai Narsee School and Beacon High, respectively.
