Stan Rolfe is a Talent Acquisition Quack and Tech Enthusiast with over 12 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is the State Manager WA at Training Unlimited Pty Ltd (RTO ID 20891), where he is responsible for growing the brand and business in the WA region. He leads the day-to-day operations of the RTO, which provides qualifications such as CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support. Stan has achieved several milestones at Training Unlimited, including diversifying the student demographic from reliance on one cultural group (90% to 20%), implementing and managing social media marketing, launching the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Traineeship course, commencing evening classes for Certificate III in Individual Support, and implementing a preferred partnership program for host employers. Prior to his current role, Stan worked as the State Manager WA at Care Employment Services, where he provided qualified carers to the Aged Care and Early Childhood sector. He also worked as the APAC Program Coordinator (Part Time - 20hrs Per month) at Talent Board HR, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Stan holds a Strategic Workforce Planning (2-day workshop) certificate from InsideJob, an Advanced Internet Sourcing certificate, and an Advanced Certificate in Hotel Supervision & Operations from Perth School of Hospitality & Tourism. In addition to his professional experience, Stan is also a proud father and baseballer. He is passionate about technology and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in the industry.
