Staszek has over a decade of relevant experience in the industry and has co-founded two successful companies. At Pilot, he made it easy to hire and pay people abroad by automating payments to international contractors and making it possible to hire people abroad as full-time employees without setting up local legal entities. He also co-founded Go Rails Go, where he worked as the COO. Staszek holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Wroclaw, where he started his education in 2007 and completed it in 2012. He also attended Y Combinator in 2017.
