Sten Sootla is a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Scientist with a strong background in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. He is currently working at meta as a Machine Learning Engineer, where he is responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models to improve the performance of the platform. Sten has a wealth of experience in the field of machine learning, having previously worked at Microsoft as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist. During his time at Microsoft, he was responsible for improving the call quality of MS Teams and Skype by replacing traditional noise suppression, echo cancellation, and other algorithms with deep learning models.
