Steven has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Arizona, a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Meteorology from Penn State University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force.
