Prior to his current role, he worked at Fynd, India's Largest Omnichannel Marketplace for Fresh Fashion, where he was responsible for both Fynd (B2C) & Uniket (B2B) and worked on Customer Acquisition, Retention, Analytics, and Product Features development. Subhadeep's expertise lies in managing Social Media Ads like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, etc., and SEM like Adwords, Bing, etc. He has also managed Partnerships and Alliances with other Brands and Performance Marketing agencies to drive even more growth. He has implemented CRM strategies like User journeys, Onboarding, and Retention through SMS, PN, Email, etc. on Customer Engagement tools like MoEngage, Netcore, etc. This led to increased DAU/MAU, LTV & reduced churn.
