He has made significant contributions to driving enterprise-wide innovation and automation programs to success. Subhajit's expertise lies in IT strategy for business transformation, AI enablement, cloud migration, and digital transformation, IT consultancy, agile project deliveries, IT operations, complex program & project management, software engineering, solution architecting, pre-sales, branding, and marketing strategies. He has worked with some of the leading organizations and has driven strategic initiatives with the key responsibilities to orchestrate Innovation & Automation programs within the span of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence. Subhajit is a Design Thinking practitioner and a peer member of Microsoft Center of Excellence. He has been a visiting guest lecturer and speaker at various universities and professional forums. He has chaired special sessions and presented his papers in international and national conferences and forums. Subhajit is a Research Scientist and proficient in AI, ML, and DevOps. He has been honored while being nominated as a coach to drive several key strategic programs of the Government of India at a national level. He is an honorary Advisory Council member of Harvard Business Review, USA, and has affiliations and associations with several other global professional institutions at a senior executive level.
