Subhankar Paul is an experienced Founder with a strong background in education management. He is currently the Co-founder and Director of Barefoot Edu Foundation, where he has played a key role in the development and implementation of various educational programs. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Lantern Edusports Foundation, which aims to promote physical education and sports in schools across India. Subhankar is a skilled facilitator and teacher trainer with expertise in curriculum development, community engagement, monitoring, and evaluation. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, which has helped him to incorporate technology into his educational initiatives. Prior to his current roles, Subhankar worked as a Software Engineer at Accenture. He has also served as a Fellow and Assistant School Leader at Teach For India, where he gained valuable experience in education leadership and management. Subhankar's passion for education and his strong business development skills have enabled him to successfully launch and manage various educational initiatives. He has a demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective programs that have positively impacted the lives of many students. In addition to his professional experience, Subhankar has a strong educational background, having completed his Senior School education from D.A.V Model School, Durgapur, and his School Final from St.Xavier's School, Durgapur.
