As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Campus Recruitment), he annually backfilled 20% associate attrition with high caliber fresh graduates from top engineering colleges and reduced YOY fresh graduates’ attrition by over 25%. Subhash was also the Co-Founder, Product & Operations Head at Creati.st (a Nasscom 10,000 startup company). He spearheaded, conceptualized the product design & development, and planned its product roadmap. Subhash holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar. He also has a Higher Secondary degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from Laban Bangalee Boys Higher Secondary School and a Secondary School Education degree in 10th from All Saints Diocesan High School.
