Subhendu Pratihari is a Site Reliability Engineer at Accenture with over 7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He has a passion for automation and has expertise in AWS, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Shell Scripting, Python Scripting, Git, Prometheus, and DevOps/System Engineering. Subhendu's focus is on the "2ACM" - Automation, Architecture, Cloud, and Migration. He has worked in various roles such as System Operational Analyst, Cloud Technical Support, System Engineer, and DevOps. He has been involved in several Disaster Recovery activities and has automated the entire process using Ansible, making the delivery process faster. He has also automated the Bug fix patch process through Ansible, which was previously done manually. Subhendu is currently working on a project at National Watch Tower (Comcast) involving the migration of Jenkins jobs to Concourse CI. He is responsible for building the code, enabling versioning, and following the Maven life cycle management process. Additionally, he is creating an automated monitoring alert Bash Script for Sevone and Alerta applications. He has previously worked at FIS as an Ex-DevOps Engineer/System Engineer and was involved in a project titled Global Plus Product (MITS - Multi-Currency Integrated Transaction System). The project dealt with portfolio management, trust accounting, and investment management for clients such as BNY Mellon, Bessemer Trust, Mizuho Bank, Bank of America, Bank of Montreal Deutsche Bank. Subhendu has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from B.P.U.T (Odisha).
