Subhod Lagade is a Solutions Architect and Associate Director with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering and development. He has specialized in implementing stream processing platforms on cloud and has extensive experience in both AWS and Azure. Subhod has recently worked on a use case to migrate legacy systems to the cloud and used Databricks delta to provide transient and efficient access to data to other systems. This helped businesses to integrate and update data across platforms by serving data through REST APIs. Subhod has a key interest in implementing analytical system implementation for fast and quick data processing. He has architectural experience to meet big data analytical needs and has developed custom frameworks for big data processing. He has domain experience in finance, transport, reinsurance, and telecom and has played a major role in implementing big data technology (Hadoop) at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and understanding stock market needs. He has also successfully implemented big data as analytics for major clients like MunichRe and T-systems. Subhod has worked with Capgemini as a Solutions Architect Cloud and helped legacy systems migrate easily to the cloud using AWS/Azure platforms. He has also designed and developed software for the Bombay Stock Exchange, understanding capital market and developing systems to analyze market ups and downs. He was leading stock market analytics for day-to-day changes and volatility and played a major role in implementing new trading architecture for BSE. Subhod is currently working with Cognizant as a Solutions Architect and Associate Director, building solutions, designs, and roadmaps for AI platforms. He understands customer AI-driven use cases and defines and implements strategies. He is building automation strategies for model development, training, and deployment. Subhod has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the University of Mumbai and a BSC IT degree in Information Technology. He is also ITIL V3 certified from Adept Tech. Subhod has been a guest faculty in the University of Mumbai, evaluating projects for master degree students to meet industry needs and mentoring students to understand the latest technology/skills in the market. He has also conducted seminars on topics like "Open source programming," "Meeting Big Data needs," "Programming with Python," "Java programming standards implementation in industry," and "Python oops implementation and standards."
