He was responsible for analyzing on-field devices based on preferences on a daily basis, identifying anomalies found in customer end devices with the help of regular monitoring via tools, creating tickets if any such anomaly was noticed, proposing a solution to the dev team as to rectify this anomaly for the next stable release, creating Team Analysis and Review Reports for customers, and engaging and conducting team KT activities for better understanding on the CPE. Subhradeep has also worked as an RDKB developer at Infosys, where he was involved in platform migration, integration, and bring up of Intel Puma 6 and Puma 7 based architecture platforms running on DOCSIS based systems. He worked on feature enhancement and porting of patches based on customer requirements. Subhradeep holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from SRM University. His technical skills include Software Engineering, Jenkins, Python, C, and Integration. With 6.62 years of relevant experience, Subhradeep is a skilled and motivated software engineer with a passion for middleware development and telecom industry.
