Subramanian Ramakrishnan is a highly accomplished Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft with over 21 years of experience in driving teams and organizations in the development and delivery of high technology products in the IOT, mobility, device software, and cloud services space. He is a result-oriented and product leader who has worked across diverse corporate environments ranging from startups to large global technology companies. With his rich background in building teams from scratch, improving processes and procedures, and creating a great work culture, Subramanian has been able to bring leading hi-tech products to the market. He is passionate about creating internet products that delight the user and drive technology innovation and adoption. Subramanian has led a variety of flagship product and service launches spanning millions of consumers in his career. He has a diverse IOT product portfolio and mobile SW/service development experience. He has worked on a global platform for Motorola connected devices, with millions of users and devices relying on the platform each day. Prior to joining Microsoft, Subramanian has worked with Ola and Hubble Connected as a Director. At Hubble Connected, he set up the Product and Engineering R&D center at Bangalore and focused on UX, Apps, Firmware, SDK connectivity to the Hubble cloud. Hubble is an end-to-end cloud-based solution that makes it easy to stay connected with people, places, and pets with live video streaming and smart notifications. It works with numerous leading OEMs and IOT providers in the Smart Home and Baby monitoring space, offering SDK, API integration, and reference design enabling them to rapidly integrate and connect new products to the cloud. Subramanian holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the VJTI - University of Mumbai. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Mobile, and Integration.
