Sucharith Menon is an experienced full-stack human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee life-cycle management. He is currently the Head of Talent & Culture at LeadIQ, where he is responsible for building careers and leading culture. Sucharith is an entrepreneurial professional who is adept at scaling start-ups and high-growth organizations while balancing business goals with employee needs. He is based in Singapore and is often found talking about startups, business, technology, and learning new skills. When he is not at work, he enjoys cycling and trying out local delicacies. Prior to joining LeadIQ, Sucharith worked at gojek as the Head of People Partner, Technology, where he contributed to scaling Engineering, Product, Design, and the Data Science teams across Singapore and South East Asia. Gojek is South East Asia’s leading on-demand, multi-service tech platform providing a wide range of services including transport, payments, food delivery, logistics, and a dozen other services. Sucharith played a key role in building Gojek Singapore and was part of the team that helped the company become a publicly traded company in Indonesia valued at over 25 Billion in Market Cap. Before gojek, Sucharith worked at Hike as a Human Resources Business Partner. Hike is the largest Indian internet company by users, with 100 million users who exchange 40 billion messages per month and spend over 120 minutes per week on Hike. At Hike, Sucharith was responsible for business partnering and leadership recruitment. Sucharith holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Entrepreneurship from IMI, Belgium, and a BBA in Management from the University of Madras. He is well-versed in various technologies such as Mobile, Blockchain, NFT, Data Scientist, and Web3.
