Suchita Saraf is a Senior Executive Human Resources at Archelons and is currently hiring for BDM/Recruitment Managers for both IT and Non IT Industry. With a relevant experience of 7.62 years, she has worked with leading executive search firms such as Mancer Consulting Services and GlobalHunt. At Mancer Consulting Services, Suchita was responsible for managing the internal hiring needs of the organization, making job descriptions for different roles, taking telephonic as well as face to face interviews, mentoring team members, preparing weekly dashboards against open positions, taking care of employee engagement activities, and preparing attendance sheets in Excel and payroll. She also has sound knowledge of preparing the joining kit for new joiners, preparing documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and advanced Excel including VBA and Macros. At GlobalHunt, Suchita was involved in end-to-end recruitment starting from sourcing till on-boarding of candidates. She worked on niche requirements shared by product-based clients and acted as a single point of contact between clients and the firm. She also has experience in client handling and has worked on various positions like software engineers, technical architect, scrum master, UI/UX designer, Android/IOS developer, product manager, PMO, network engineers, firmware developers, etc. She has expertise in technology such as Java/J2ee, C, C++, Dot Net, UI/UX, Android, IOS, Python, PHP, Networking (Cisco, Router, Switches, Juniper, Zscaler, Checkpoint, F5, Loadrunner, etc.), Testing (Manual, Automation, Performance, DWH, Mobile), Data Warehousing, Murex, etc. Suchita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Marketing from JECRC- School of Management and a Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA HONORS) degree in Computers from S.S. Jain Subodh Girls College. She also completed her 12th grade from CBSE Board. Her tech stack includes search, iOS, UI, Android, test, designer, product manager, research scientist, PHP, mobile, senior software engineer, Python, and Java.
