Sudeep Sarvate is a highly skilled Data Science graduate student at the University of Connecticut and an alumnus of General Electric. He has over 7 years of relevant experience in the Product Lifecycle Management domain, including web-based application development, especially in Dassault 3DExperience platform. He has hands-on experience in eMatrix system architecture, trouble-shooting, schema and code development/customization, and integration. He also has experience in Enovia V6 PLM (v6R2010x, v6R2013X, v6R2014x), and expertise in SOAP web service integration. Sudeep has good working knowledge of AutoCAD Integration, Advance Search (Autonomy) Server, and is a skilled Software Engineer. Currently, Sudeep is working as a System Analyst at Visa, where he is responsible for providing successful implementation and management of Visa services (applications under Digital Developer Products in the Sandbox and production environments). He ensures that the service meets the corporate quality, security, and compliance standards, and provides the documentation for the ongoing support and maintenance of the systems. Sudeep is also responsible for providing 24X7 Application Support across multiple visa applications, evaluating the issues reported by Visa clients and members, managing the performance and tuning of several Visa applications, and managing the service and ticket SLAs and workflow to achieve the SLAs. He has experience in integrating Docker container orchestration framework using Kubernetes by creating pods, config Maps, and deployments using Jenkins, deploying scale, load balance, and managing Docker containers with multiple name spaced versions, and building Docker images and fetching/promoting and deploying to Production. Sudeep has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft NGP (NextGen Privacy), where he supported incident management and DataMap & DataGrid live site and operations, created deployment automation and monitoring tools, maintained code sample and API documents up to date, monitored engineering system health, mitigated and resolved system health issues and live incidents, and supported migration of deployment and engineering systems to new tools and processes for Datamap. He has also worked as a Business Management & Data Analyst at Innovatorslink, where he worked in Email Marketing/Lead Generation through Zoho CRM and provided relevant insights and recommendations from analysis of various reports comprising of email open rate/click rate, unsubscribe rate, etc. He developed website content through the Wordpress platform.
