Sudhakar Goli is a seasoned Product Validation and Compliance Manager with over 9 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Oorwin Labs, he is responsible for leading end-to-end product validation and compliance, working with multi-functional teams, product customers, sales, and support teams. Sudhakar has defined the product testing strategy and built the validation vertical for the entire product portfolio, implementing product automation with RPA, and working on the efficiency and maturity of the product portfolio. Prior to his current role, Sudhakar worked as an Associate Test Lead at Ceipal Corp. where he designed and built test harnesses for automation testing, architected test automation frameworks, and developed new test automation libraries using Selenium. He also designed and executed regression test scripts, developed automated solutions for sanity testing, and implemented QA processes and automated testing for all workstreams to improve the overall testing cycle. In addition, Sudhakar has experience as a Software Test Engineer at Avani Technology Solutions Inc. where he designed and helped create the architecture of test automation, estimated the testing process, developed testing strategies, and managed detected defects. He also attended regular client calls and discussed weekly status with the project leadership team. Sudhakar holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Aurora's College of Education, Bhongir, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from NBT & NVC College. He also completed Intermediate Education in MPC from Vivekananda Jr College. Sudhakar's technical skills include expertise in test, SDET, QA, frontend, and backend. He is a process champion and program management expert, providing metric reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Sudhakar is a skilled leader, monitoring and guiding growing teams and identifying and capturing test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team.
