Sudhakar is skilled in building strong partnerships with product and other stakeholders in defining tech and product roadmap and execution. Currently, Sudhakar is a software engineering manager at Flipkart where he is leading multiple charters of Mother Hub, WCS platform to build platform capabilities required to scale the e-commerce supply chain, especially around Sortation centres and Warehouse Management Systems. Sudhakar has experience in building highly engaged teams from scratch and is metrics-driven which drives the team members to be more accountable and understand the impact of their work. Sudhakar is leading a platform team in building a next-generation resilient, reliable, highly available integration layer that abstracts WMS from various Automation systems. He has led multiple initiatives at the BU level which helped multiple teams to adopt best practices and improve the tech metrics. Sudhakar has also led multiple initiatives which contributed to the re-architecture of the monolith services of Warehouse Systems to microservice architecture. Sudhakar has experience working with Techmojo Solutions as a Software Architect and Ivy Comptech as a Senior System Analyst. At Techmojo Solutions, Sudhakar worked alongside the architecture team to find a suitable solution architecture to address all the functional and technical requirements. Sudhakar has also mentored and educated team members on new technologies and design principles. Sudhakar has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from JNTU. He also has a high school degree from State Board of Secondary Education and a Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry degree from State Board of Intermediate Education.
