Sudheer Kareem is a Senior Engineering Manager with over 21 years of experience in IT. He has worked in various roles such as technical leadership, delivery, program management, and project management in legacy and emerging technologies. Sudheer has experience in product/platform development, systems integration, application development, and maintenance services. He possesses innate experience in implementing technical programs using technologies such as Java (spring, JSF) & C#, SharePoint, Oracle. Sudheer has worked across a wide spectrum of IT landscape in many Tier 1 companies and successfully delivered multiple high-value in-house developed applications from concept to reality. He also has a proven track record in building and retaining highly motivated teams with an equal desire to win and outperform the set benchmarks. Sudheer is skilled in analysis, planning, Agile methodologies, offshore software development, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). He is a certified Prince2 project management practitioner and scrum master (CSM) with a successful track record of transitioning and implementing Agile development processes. Currently, Sudheer is working as an IT Program Manager at Emirates, managing IT programs for ENBD core banking domain, aligning to banks digital transformation strategy. He is responsible for adhering to the schedule, cost, and effort compliance, phase gate compliance, revenue say-do, and continuous improvement of cycle time. Sudheer executes the programs using Waterfall/Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps. In his past roles, Sudheer worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Emirates and a Project Manager at Wipro. He has completed several programs and projects with a proven track record of planning, strategizing, and implementing leading-edge delivery models. Sudheer has also acted as a Knowledge Manager for the department and introduced a governance structure & facilitated the roll-out across the organization. Sudheer completed his Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, in 1999.
