Sudheer Sattaru is a highly experienced General Manager in User Growth with over 10 years of work experience. He has a strong background in Business Planning & Strategy, Revenue and P&L Management, Growth Marketing, Analytics & Consulting, and Hiring & Mentoring. Sudheer is a graduate of IIT Madras with a B.Tech degree and has experience working for Kantar before joining Paytm. Currently, Sudheer is the General Manager of Central User Growth at Paytm and leads the Central User Insights & Analytics team. His team is responsible for providing insights to leadership across Users, Transactions & Competition, measuring User Lifecycle KPIs, managing other key User growth/data product projects, and tracking Central Users across Categories, Channels, Demographics & Techno graphics. Before his current role, Sudheer led Growth and P&L for Paytm Travel (Flight, Bus, Train, Hotels) & Mall (Shopping) with a 42 member team. He was responsible for Biz Planning & Strategy, Growth, and Revenue & P&L Management. Sudheer launched flagship sale events like FLYDAY sale & Maha Shopping Festival and built Growth products like Travel Pass (Loyalty), Travel Buddy (Referral), and RRR (Gamified product for sale events). Sudheer has a strong tech stack in SQL, Web, and Data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, MS Power BI, Tableau, Grafana & Superset. He is also proficient in Marketing Automation tools like Clevertap & Webengage, Growth Marketing tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Similar web, SEMRush, FB Audience Insights & Performance marketing tools like Google Adwords, FB Ads manager & Twitter Ads. Sudheer is a graduate of IIT Madras with a B.Tech degree and has completed his Pre University Higher Secondary from Sri Chaitanya College of Education and High School from St Ann's School, Pathapatnam.
