Sudhindra Manoor is a Senior Technical Lead at Parallel Wireless with over 15 years of experience in the Telecom domain. He has a strong knowledge of GSM/GPRS/3G/CDMA/PacketCable network elements in an end-to-end setup. Sudhindra has worked on Comneon, Broadcom mobile chipsets and live network elements of Lucent, Motorola, Nortel, Nokia-Siemens Networks, Trillium, and Sandvine. He has experience in design and productization of Broadcom Mobile chipset. Sudhindra's expertise lies in GPRS/3G related protocols, designing, developing, and testing NS, BSSGP, GMM, Framing Protocol, NBAP, RRC, RLC, MAC, and IuPS layers and LDAP. He has also worked on PacketCable Network protocols COPS, PCMM, and DOCSIS. Sudhindra has experience in system testing, GCF suite testing on host and target environments. He has hands-on experience in using network simulators from Anite and Rohde and Schwartz. Sudhindra has worked on TTCN, which is the ITU-T standardization for testing communication protocols. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in test and mobile technologies. Sudhindra has worked with Sandvine as a Technical Lead, where he led the team during all stages of the project, planning, effort estimation, work breakdown, allocation of work, tracking, and technical assistance. He provided product support at all phases of deployment, such as customer trials, customization of the product to suit customer use cases, product deployment, and beyond. Sudhindra has also worked with Broadcom as an Engineer - Sr. Staff, where he was involved in the development of the feature set for the data plane stack (RLC, MAC, and PDCP) of UMTS and productization of Broadcom baseband chipset. He enhanced the data place protocol stack to support Dual SIM Dual Standby features. Sudhindra provided product support at all phases of chipset manufacturing, such as unit test, system test with simulators and live network, IOT testing, support to customer testing, etc. Sudhindra completed his BE in Instrumentation and Electronics from Bangalore University in 1999. He has 23.37 years of relevant experience in the industry.
