Sudhir Shukla is a highly skilled Technical Lead with over 16 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He is currently working at UST Global as a Technical Lead, where he manages client interactions, project management, resource planning, and escalation management. Sudhir is closely working with product owners to analyze the scope of the project based on competitive analysis, discussion with stakeholders for new feature enablement, and release plan. He is also responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, and Daily Standup. Sudhir has extensive experience in team management and has set up KPIs for his team.
