He is currently serving as a Sr Software Architect at LogicMonitor, a highly scalable DataScience driven SAAS solution in AIOps/Observability space. Sudhir is a seasoned expert in massively large scale data infrastructure, distributed systems, big data, and cloud-native technologies such as Kafka, Elastic Search, Kubernetes, Cassendra, and Redis. He holds 7 patents in Data Centre/Systems Management/Analytics and is a strong advocate of building A+ teams and fostering great engineering culture/values. He has extensive experience in Cloud and SaaS Products, modern micro-services architecture, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms like AWS, and product metrics/pricing. He is also a strong advocate of applied Data Science for correlation/clustering/association of different data types. In his previous role as Chief Software Architect at BMC Software, Sudhir led large projects with distributed teams and transformed team culture to deliver SaaS products. He architected, designed, and managed highly scalable Data center Management SaaS solutions using Micro Services, Lambda architecture, ElasticSearch/Cassandra/Kafka multi-zone clustering, Real-time data streaming, Configuration Management, Security, and Product UX. He also led machine learning initiatives for various analytics features based on Monitoring Events, Logs, Events, Metrics leveraging the latest machine learning techniques. Sudhir's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications from North Maharashtra University, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
