Sudhir Shankhdhar is an experienced Exchange and Azure Administrator with over 9 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is currently working as an Exchange Administrator at Microland Limited, where he performs L2 tasks related to Exchange and MDM(Intune), database recovery from different mailbox sites, and provides L2 support related to O365. Sudhir is proficient in performing different operations related to user email ids, UPN, and groups, monitoring and sorting out issues of password sync, Dir sync on AD Connect server, and implementing Azure policies such as Conditional access, Multi-factor authentication, PIM, App registration, Web apps, and Virtual Machines.
