Sudip Bhattacharya is a seasoned technology and strategy advisor with over 23 years of relevant experience. Currently, he serves as the co-founder and CTO of InterviewCracker, a strategic sales talent hiring platform built for enterprise and growth-stage companies. His role involves driving the core technology of the platform, which uses speech AI and ML for recommendations. Sudip is also a senior software engineer with expertise in AI and ML. Prior to his current role, Sudip was the co-founder and head of technology at InterviewCracker, where he played a key role in building the platform from scratch. He understands the challenges faced by growing companies in finding and hiring the best-fit sales talent, and his platform addresses this issue by making it easy for companies to evaluate and interview the right-fit professionals for sales roles. Apart from his work at InterviewCracker, Sudip has also served as an investor and Aadhaar Tech Solns at Srishti ESDM, a startup that received the NASSCOM CoE IConic Startup 2016 award and was selected by the Government of Japan for mentoring. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IET. Sudip's tech stack includes senior software engineering, AI, and ML.
