With over 9 years of relevant experience, she has worked with leading companies such as Netflix, EA, and startups, and is currently serving as the Product Strategy Principal at Eightfold. At Eightfold, Sugandha leads the "Job Intelligence Engine" core platform and has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. She has a deep understanding of AI x HRtech and has helped the company become a Series-E valued at $2.1B. Prior to Eightfold, Sugandha worked with Netflix as part of the Creative Production org, where she managed the launch of Netflix Original Films from India. She ensured the most seamless product experience of their content for subscribers in 190+ countries. Sugandha was also responsible for film promotion campaigns, language consumption preferences of Indian consumers, regional product needs, and product x content experiments. She played a key role in bringing wonderful Indian films such as AK vs AK, Gunjan Saxena, Ludo, Serious Men, Paava Kadhaigal, and many others to the audience.
