Sughosh Pandey is an experienced game developer and project lead with a passion for emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality. Currently serving as Project Lead - Game Development at MAGES Studio, Sughosh oversees all projects and delivers multiple Unity projects dealing with AR, VR, web applications, and custom web servers. He is also responsible for supervising a team of developers, artists, and a UI/UX designer, aligning their goals with business development experts. Sughosh has demonstrated good knowledge of IT compliance and security application audits procedures to meet industry standards. He has modified and standardized management policies to improve team efficiency and morale, and built strong client relationships from around the globe. Sughosh has also recruited and trained developers, and established security testing internal regulations, implementing security controls in all applications. Prior to his current role, Sughosh served as a Senior Game Programmer and Technical Lead for all AR and VR projects at MAGES Studio. He designed and developed various gamification projects, evaluated and audited application security, and supervised a team of developers, artists, and a UI/UX designer. Sughosh also mentored developers, maximized code modularity, and evaluated technical feasibility for incoming projects. Sughosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NCU (The Northcap University) and is currently pursuing an eMaster's degree in Cyber Security from IIT. He has also received education from Venkateshwar International School. Sughosh's tech stack includes expertise in web and mobile development, iOS and Android platforms, UI design, testing, and senior software engineering. With almost 3 years of relevant experience, Sughosh is a skilled game developer and project lead with a passion for emerging technologies.
