Sujay has an extensive track record of building teams from scratch and in-depth knowledge of local market compensation and benefit practices, talent retention initiatives, and the skill to influence and manage TA efforts by working with global hiring leaders. Currently, Sujay is serving as the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Tracelink, where he leads the recruitment efforts for the company's Pune location. He was the first employee in Pune and has played a vital role in building the team. Tracelink is the leader in pharmaceutical track & trace serialization software, capturing approximately 60 to 70 percent of the global market. Sujay is passionate about the company's mission of creating an ecosystem of customers and partners to build digital networks through multi-enterprise applications. He is always looking for talented professionals to join the team and contribute to the greater good. Before joining Tracelink, Sujay worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Symantec, where he recruited for roles across levels and technologies like Big Data, Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and Cyber Security. Sujay holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Shivaji University and a Bachelor's Degree in Textiles from the same university. He has a diverse tech stack that includes test, QA, software engineering, Big Data, infra, SRE, and DevOps.
