Sukesh Soman is a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a firm believer that technology is at its best when it benefits the common man. Sukesh has played multiple roles, from a developer to a product architect, and has gained exposure to customers in both IT services and product engineering teams. He has a strong focus on problem-solving using technology, which has been recognized by both his customers and peers. Sukesh has a passion for technical sales support, which he finds exciting due to the diversity of problems that can be solved using technology and processes. He has also picked up and implemented design thinking at work and in his personal life, which has helped him engineer long-lasting and effective solutions for his customers. Apart from technology, Sukesh has interests in blogging and sports, which have helped him adapt and introspect in his work. He is also passionate about working with people and helping them build their careers. Sukesh's most recent role at Deutsche Bank is as a Product Owner for one of the Automation Products. Prior to this, he was Head of Product Engineering & Delivery at Torry Harris Integration Solutions, where he was responsible for product governance, engineering, delivery, and people management. Sukesh has also worked as a Consultant at Capgemini, where he was involved in team building, reporting, tech lead, code reviews, design reviews, software development, and solution design. Sukesh has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Kerala. He also holds an ISC from Christ Nagar English High School. Sukesh's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, CI/CD, QA, Integration, Designer, and Software Engineering.
